Dionne Smith is the Founder of BOSIQ, bringing experience across finance, operations, and shared services within complex, high-volume environments.

  • BOSIQ (pronounced “BOSS IQ”)— Business Operations Supported with Intelligence & Quality —was created to bring structure, clarity, and operational intelligence to how businesses run, transforming operations into structure, and structure into cash flow.

Raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, within a family-owned business, she developed an early understanding of what it takes to run and sustain a business—balancing daily operations, financial responsibility, and long-term stability.

  • She began her career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where she built a foundation in structured operations, systems reliability, and disciplined execution.

  • Following her service, Dionne earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Transportation and Logistics and transitioned into corporate environments, building a strong foundation in financial operations and process execution.

  • Early in her corporate career, she worked within financial services and mortgage environments, gaining experience in high-volume transaction processing, compliance-driven workflows, and the intersection of finance and technology. This exposure shaped her understanding of FinTech-driven operations and reinforced the importance of accuracy, control, and system integration.

  • At the enterprise level, Dionne has supported operational and financial processes across organizations including the U.S. Military, Bank of America, Amazon, Panasonic Avionics, RoundPoint Mortgage, ATI Specialty Materials, Electrolux, and Crowley (Commercial & Government Solutions). Her experience spans government, manufacturing, e-commerce, financial services, and logistics.

After years of hands-on experience, Dionne earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA), further strengthening her strategic and operational perspective.

She brings this level of operational intelligence to small and growing businesses—delivering structure, clarity, and control without the need for large internal teams.
